Your Portfolio Online has been designed for ease of use, with all screen utilising common sense navigation and an intuitive design, allowing the entering of information to be achieved simply and hassle free. Your Portfolio Online is split up into logical business area's; #1 : The Property #2 : The Mortgage on a Property #3 : Suppliers working on that Property #4 : Tenants that Rent that Property and that's it...with this simple hierarchy all the analysis your need to perform on your Portfolio can be easily achieved. Here's an example of the process. You Buy a Property Your Portfolio Online Process: Add a New Property using the menu options and following the on screen prompts. Add the costs of Buying the Property using the Add Cost menu item, initially you may need to add the Supplier information, ( Solicitor, Mortgage Broker, etc...) however this only needs to be done once You now know, how much you paid for the property, What it's market value is, what cost were involved in its purchase. You Refurbish the Property Your Portfolio Online Process: As the Refurb progresses add in the costs of the Plummer, Electricians, Kitchens, etc, using the Add Cost menu item, like before, initially you may need to add the Supplier information, however this only needs to be done once You now know what the Refurb has cost and who you need to pay and when you need to pay them. You also know your overall margin in the property. You Rent the Property Out Your Portfolio Online Process: Add your New Tenant, using the Add Tenant menu item Link the Tenant to the Property, setting up Rent/Bank details. That's it all done you're up and running. | |
